Out of Pocket Rates

My standard fee for a 60-minute intake session is $165 

My fee for subsequent sessions, which are typically 45-55 minutes, is $150

I am able to offer some sliding scale spots, please reach out if this would make therapy financially accessible to you.

Insurance

I am in-network with the following commercial insurance plans:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Optum (United Health Care, Mass General Brigham – commercial plans only)

• BCBS

• Point32 Health (Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans Inc, Tufts – commercial plans only)

I am also in-network with Tufts Public and MassHealth plans.

I am also able to provide superbills (a kind of medical receipt), which you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement if you have an insurance plan that is not listed here with out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment changes and/or cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment or no-shows will be subject to a $60 fee.
